Vaccine Policy for Kayra Packers & Movers

2. Exemptions

  • Medical Exemptions: Employees who cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons must provide a note from a licensed healthcare provider. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as per applicable laws.
  • Religious Exemptions: Employees requesting an exemption for sincerely held religious beliefs must submit a written statement. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Safety Measures

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All employees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear appropriate PPE, including masks, while on duty.
  • Sanitization: Regular sanitization of equipment, vehicles, and facilities is conducted to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Social Distancing: Employees are encouraged to maintain social distancing whenever possible, especially in customer premises.
  • Health Screenings: Daily health screenings, including temperature checks and symptom monitoring, are mandatory for all employees before starting their workday.

4. Communication and Training

  • Education: We provide ongoing education about the benefits of vaccination and the importance of following safety protocols.
  • Transparency: Employees and customers will be kept informed about any updates or changes to our vaccine policy through regular communication channels.

5. Compliance and Enforcement

  • Monitoring: Compliance with the vaccine policy will be monitored regularly. Employees found to be in violation of the policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
  • Reporting: Employees are encouraged to report any concerns related to health and safety without fear of retaliation.
