  • Short Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule their service date by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate the new schedule based on availability.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their relocation needs, including the inventory of items, special handling requirements, and any access restrictions.

2. Packing Requirements
For customers opting for self-packing, all items must be packed securely and labeled appropriately. We are not liable for damages to items packed by the customer.

3. Availability
Customers must ensure someone is available at the pickup and delivery locations to oversee the process and sign off on the service completion.

Liability and Insurance

1. Limited Liability
Kayra Packers & Movers is liable for damages caused by our negligence during the handling and transportation of your belongings. Our liability is limited to the value of the damaged item or the cost of repair.

2. Insurance Coverage
We offer comprehensive insurance coverage for your belongings during the move. Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance for added protection. Details of the insurance policy will be provided upon request.

Dispute Resolution

1. Complaints
Customers are encouraged to report any issues or complaints to our customer service team immediately. We will strive to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

2. Claims Process
In case of damage or loss, customers must file a claim within 7 days of delivery. Our claim surveyors will assess the damage and coordinate with our Claims Department for swift resolution.
